Sorry dude, can't help you there - never heard of it. Sounds like some sort of "windshield"? If so, if you have all the parts you should be able to figure it out. If not, your Harley dealer or a lot of the aftermarket Windshield makers should have mounting kits that you MIGHT be able use or give you an idea of what you need to fabricate to install it.
