If the bag is Harley's you should go to the dealer and see if it is available seperately. If it's not Harley's I doubt you'd be able to get it. Also, depending on how "keyed" it is, you might try going to somebody who does leather (belts,vests,jackets,etc) and ask them if it could be fixed. Just a couple of suggestions, hope they help.
